June 12 - "Bureaucracy Busting and Carbon Reduction"
Join us for a workshop examining connections between carbon emissions and bureaucratic practices
Come out to the Low-Carbon Conversation June workshop!
What we’ll do…
This month, we’ll examine scenarios illustrating where bureaucracy, human frustration, and carbon emissions intersect. During recent conversations, Wayfinding workshops and Low-Carbon Office Hours, many of you identified policies that “waste” your time and resources. Your examples clearly indicate that: where frustration lurks, carbon might be lurking, too.
Everyone welcome. No registration or preparation required. Come as you are, leave inspired.

Can we shift policies to reduce both human frustration and carbon emissions?
The 12 June workshop hopes to crowd-source your suggestions and workarounds.
The scenarios are provided by you! Some folks have already submitted frustrating cases where they see carbon emissions lurking in bureaucratic practices where they work and live.
Take a look at some of the submissions HERE.
Feel free to add your own scenario(s) HERE.
Oh, drat! — You’d love to submit a scenario but don’t have time to fill out the form? No worries: come share your tale at the workshop.
Double drat! — Can’t make the Conversations this month? No worries: you can still contribute a frustrating scenario for us to troubleshoot. A summary of the discussion will be published on this Substack.
